By accessing and using the SOE Latam platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"), the user agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as our privacy and data usage policies. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the Platform.

2. Platform Description

SOE Latam is a digital tool designed to facilitate communication between users and the company's administrators for the purpose of managing the request and delivery of:

• Installation certificates for equipment such as wheel balancers, wheel aligners, forklifts, and other products offered by the company.
• Equipment warranties for installed or acquired products.
• User manuals and technical documentation for the equipment.

3. Registration and Access

To access certain services, users must register by providing truthful, complete, and up-to-date information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted under their account.

4. Acceptable Use

Users agree to use the Platform legally and solely for its intended purposes. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Providing false information or impersonating third parties.
• Interfering with the technical functioning of the Platform.
• Attempting to access restricted areas or other users’ data without authorization.

5. Issuance of Certificates and Warranties

The issuance of installation certificates is subject to prior validation by the company’s technical team. Certificates will be delivered digitally through the Platform. Users will also be able to consult and download equipment warranties, provided that the installation has been previously registered in accordance with the company’s procedures.

6. Availability of Manuals

The Platform provides users with access to technical manuals for the equipment acquired. These manuals may be viewed or downloaded in digital format. These documents are protected by copyright and may not be redistributed without prior authorization.

7. Responsibilities

The company shall not be held liable for:

• Errors or omissions in the information provided by users.
• Damages resulting from the improper use of certificates or warranties.
• External technical failures that temporarily hinder access to the Platform.

8. Modifications

The company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Platform, and continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of such changes.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights related to the content, design, and functionalities of the Platform are the property of the company. Any total or partial reproduction is prohibited without prior consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the country where the company’s main office is located. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
